Wealth Management Services |
|
Wealth Management is an overused term in the world of financial services. Delivering true wealth management to clients requires a focus on three key components:
-
Using a consultative process to establish a detailed understanding of the client's goals and their crucial financial needs.
-
Offering customized choices and solutions designed to fit each client's needs. These interrelated solutions can include a number of services, including investment management, retirement planning, risk management, estate planning, and tax planning.
-
Delivering those solutions in close consultation with clients. A true wealth manager works closely with clients on an ongoing basis to identify and reassess needs and find the appropriate solutions.
Investment Management – Sophisticated asset class selection and allocation developed through extensive portfolio modeling designed to meet the client’s investment objectives. Based on institutional funds, these portfolios are unavailable through brokers or retail investment channels.
Retirement Planning – Portfolio design, sustainable withdrawal Monte Carlo analysis, and planning based on client goals and needs.
Risk Management – Analysis of insurance needs and integration with the client's financial plan.
Estate Planning – Eliminating uncertainties and maximizing the value of the client's estate. Estate planning addresses the administration of probate and seeks to minimize estate taxation. In most cases, estate planning involves wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, property ownership, powers of appointment, and gifting strategies.

About Talis Advisory Services, LLC |
|
Talis Advisory Services, LLC is a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor located in Plano, Texas. We serve a nationwide client base, as well as local clients throughout North Texas. Our wealth management process applies Nobel Prize winning research to real world investing and offers truly independent and unbiased advice.
Talis Advisors has been named as one of the top 25 private client institutions in North Texas by The Dallas Business Journal. Our firm is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Many firms now claim to offer independent and unbiased investment advice. In many cases, the claim is dubious, at best. If the advisor accepts commissions, receiving unbiased advice is extremely unlikely. In contrast, we structured our business around the concept of providing unbiased advice and embrace it as a core belief.
As fee-only advisors, our compensation method eliminates any conflict of interest with our clients. We are in the business of advising our clients, not selling products. Unlike many advisors, we do not require long-term contracts or a large minimum account size. It is our legal and ethical duty to put our clients’ interests first – always. Because of this fiduciary duty, we choose not to accept compensation in the form of product commissions. We can proudly say that we accomplish our mission with an unbiased approach.
